Part I
First, we need to connect Google Drive, Box, Dropbox and OneDrive to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Drive to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Google Drive
Choose the following trigger: New file in your folder (This trigger fires every time a new file is added to the Google Drive folder you specify. Note: Does not work for Google Docs, Forms, or Sheets files.).
Then set up an Action for Box
Choose this action: Upload file from URL (This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Box at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.).
Then set up another Action for Dropbox
Choose this action: Add file from URL (This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Dropbox at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.).
Then set up another Action for OneDrive
Choose this action: Add file from URL (This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to OneDrive at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.).
