Send IFTTT an email at [email protected] with a hashtag in the subject (e.g. #IFTTT) and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment (up to 30MB) and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient.
Then this action happens in Microsoft To Do
This action will create a task in a given task list.

Part I

Then set up an Action for Microsoft To Do
Choose this action: Create task in task list (This action will create a task in a given task list.).
