Send new Ecwid orders to Xero (line item support)

First, we need to connect Ecwid and Xero to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Ecwid

  Choose the following trigger: New Order (Triggered when a new invoice is placed (with line item support).).

  Then set up an Action for Xero

  Choose this action: Create Sales Invoice (Creates a new sales invoice (Accounts Receivable).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Ecwid and Xero.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
