Add/update Mailchimp subscribers for new projects as jobs in Dubsado

First, we need to connect Dubsado and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Dubsado to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Dubsado account, using Dubsado credentials.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Choose the following trigger: New Project as Job (Triggers when a project is created as a job manually, with a Lead Capture Form or when a Public Proposal Form is filled out.).
