Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).

Downloads a file from a given URL.
Shares an image on user's wall.
Posts a new post.
Creates a multi-photo post.

Connect HTTP to Make.com.

Connect Twitter to Make.com.

Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for HTTP
Choose this action: Get a file (Downloads a file from a given URL.).
Then set up another Action for LinkedIn
Choose this action: Create a User Image Post (Shares an image on user's wall.).
Then set up another Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Create a Post (Posts a new post.).
Then set up another Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Create a Post with Photos (Creates a multi-photo post.).
Then set up another Action for Slack
Choose this action: Create a Message (Creates a message.).
