This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Save Yodel.io call recordings to Google Drive.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect YodelTalk, HTTP and Google Drive to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect YodelTalk to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your YodelTalk account, using YodelTalk credentials.
Connect HTTP to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your HTTP account, using HTTP credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for YodelTalk
Choose the following trigger: Call ended (Triggers when a call is finished or was missed.).
Then set up an Action for HTTP
Choose this action: Get a file (Downloads a file from a given URL.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a new file.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between YodelTalk, HTTP and Google Drive.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Save Yodel.io call recordings to Google Drive!
