Subscribe Trainerize clients to a MailChimp mailing list upon starting a product

First, we need to connect Trainerize and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Trainerize to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Trainerize account, using Trainerize credentials.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Trainerize

  Choose the following trigger: Product Start (Triggers on the start date of a purchased product.).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Trainerize and Mailchimp.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
