Part I
First, we need to connect Shopify, Zoho Invoice and Dropbox to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Shopify to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Shopify account, using Shopify credentials.
Connect Zoho Invoice to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Zoho Invoice account, using Zoho Invoice credentials.
Connect Dropbox to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Dropbox account, using Dropbox credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Shopify
Choose the following trigger: Watch Orders (Triggers when a new order is added.).
Then set up an Action for Zoho Invoice
Choose this action: Create an Invoice (Creates an invoice for your customer.).
Then set up another Action for Zoho Invoice
Choose this action: Get an Invoice (Gets the details of an invoice.).
Then set up another Action for Dropbox
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a file to a selected folder.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create Zoho Invoices from Shopify orders and uploading them to Dropbox!
