Submit a Post in Reddit
Submit creates a link, a post with an image or a self-post in the subreddit with the given title. If kind is "link" or "image", then url is expected to be a valid URL to link to. Otherwise, text is the body of the self-post. You can submit cca. 1 post per 9 minutes.

Configure Applications
First, we need to connect RSS and Reddit to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect RSS to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your RSS account, using RSS credentials.
Connect Reddit to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Reddit account, using Reddit credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for RSS
Choose the following trigger: Watch RSS feed items (Triggers when a new RSS feed item is posted.).
Then set up an Action for Reddit
Choose this action: Submit a Post (Submit creates a link, a post with an image or a self-post in the subreddit with the given title. If kind is "link" or "image", then url is expected to be a valid URL to link to. Otherwise, text is the body of the self-post. You can submit cca. 1 post per 9 minutes.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
