This automation scenario allows you to connect RSS and Flickr
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.
RSS and Flickr can also be integrated using automation tools other than ifttt:
When this trigger fires in RSS
This Trigger fires every time a new item in the feed you specify contains a particular keyword or simple phrase.
Then this action happens in Flickr
This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Google Plus Photo to Flickr.
Part I
First, we need to connect RSS and Flickr to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect RSS to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your RSS account, using RSS credentials.
Connect Flickr to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Flickr account, using Flickr credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for RSS
Choose the following trigger: New feed item matches (This Trigger fires every time a new item in the feed you specify contains a particular keyword or simple phrase.).
Then set up an Action for Flickr
Choose this action: Upload public photo from URL (This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between RSS and Flickr.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Google Plus Photo to Flickr!

Triggers on new RSS feed items.
This Trigger fires every time a new item is added to the feed you specify.
This Trigger fires every time a new item in the feed you specify contains a particular keyword or simple phrase.
IFTTT helps to create applications connections with a simple statement: if this then that. For example: "Tweet your Instagrams as native photos on Twitter". You define a task by a trigger and an action.
