This automation scenario allows you to connect RSS, Facebook Pages, and Twitter.
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

This Trigger fires every time a new item is added to the feed you specify.
Then these actions happen in Twitter and Twitter
This Action will create a new link post on your Facebook Page wall.

Part I
First, we need to connect RSS, Facebook Pages and Twitter to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect RSS to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your RSS account, using RSS credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook Pages account, using Facebook Pages credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for RSS
Choose the following trigger: New feed item (This Trigger fires every time a new item is added to the feed you specify.).
Then set up an Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Create a link post (This Action will create a new link post on your Facebook Page wall.).
Then set up another Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet with image (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account with a linked pic.twitter.com image. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
