Add new Pure Chat visitors to Mailchimp as subscribers

First, we need to connect Pure Chat and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Pure Chat to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Pure Chat account, using Pure Chat credentials.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Pure Chat

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact Email Collected (Triggers when a new email address is collected by Pure Chat.).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Pure Chat and Mailchimp.
