Subscribe contacts from newly accepted Ignition proposals to Mailchimp lists

First, we need to connect Practice Ignition and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Practice Ignition to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Practice Ignition account, using Practice Ignition credentials.

• 

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Practice Ignition

  Choose the following trigger: Proposal Accepted (Triggers when a proposal is accepted.).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
