How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Tweet when there is a new post on Patreon.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Patreon and Twitter to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Patreon to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Patreon account, using Patreon credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Patreon
Choose the following trigger: New post in a campaign (This trigger fires every time a new public post is published or when you're a patreon from a campaign).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Patreon and Twitter.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
