Create Katana sales orders from new orders in Magento and save in Google Sheets

First, we need to connect Magento 2, Katana MRP and Google Sheets to Make.com.

  Create Make.com account.

  Create Make.com account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Magento 2 to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Magento 2 account, using Magento 2 credentials.

• 

  Connect Katana MRP to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Katana MRP account, using Katana MRP credentials.

• 

  Connect Google Sheets to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Magento 2

  Choose the following trigger: Watch orders (Triggers when a new order is created.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Katana MRP

  Choose this action: Create a Sales Order (Creates a sales order.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Google Sheets

  Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Magento 2, Katana MRP and Google Sheets.
