This automation scenario allows you to connect Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Pages.
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

When this trigger fires in Instagram
This Trigger fires every time you share a photo on Instagram with a hashtag you specify.
Then these actions happen in Twitter, Facebook Pages and Facebook Pages
This action will share a link on your LinkedIn profile.
This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account with a linked pic.twitter.com image. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.
This Action will upload a new photo, from the given URL, to a Facebook Page album you specify.

Part I
First, we need to connect Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Instagram to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Instagram account, using Instagram credentials.
Connect LinkedIn to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your LinkedIn account, using LinkedIn credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook Pages account, using Facebook Pages credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Instagram
Choose the following trigger: New photo by you with specific hashtag (This Trigger fires every time you share a photo on Instagram with a hashtag you specify.).
Then set up an Action for LinkedIn
Choose this action: Share a link (This action will share a link on your LinkedIn profile.).
Then set up another Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet with image (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account with a linked pic.twitter.com image. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Then set up another Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Upload a photo from URL (This Action will upload a new photo, from the given URL, to a Facebook Page album you specify.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Pages.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Instagram to Linkedin, Pages, and Twitter!
