How it works?
When this trigger fires in Instagram
Any new photo by you in Instagram
This Trigger fires every time you share any new photo on Instagram.
Then this action happens in Google Sheets
Add row to spreadsheet in Google Sheets
This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.

Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Instagram and Google Sheets to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Instagram to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Instagram account, using Instagram credentials.
Connect Google Sheets to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Instagram
Choose the following trigger: Any new photo by you (This Trigger fires every time you share any new photo on Instagram.).
Then set up an Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add row to spreadsheet (This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Instagram and Google Sheets.
