Part I
First, we need to connect Instagram, Twitter and Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Instagram to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Instagram account, using Instagram credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.

Set up a Trigger action for Instagram

Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet with image (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account with a linked pic.twitter.com image. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Then set up another Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Upload a photo from URL (This Action will upload a new photo, from the given URL, to a Facebook Page album you specify.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
