Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Ghost and Google Sheets to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Ghost to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Ghost account, using Ghost credentials.
Connect Google Sheets to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Ghost
Choose the following trigger: Watch Members (Triggers when a member is created, updated or deleted.).
Then set up an Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Ghost and Google Sheets.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
