How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Post new Flickr photos to Facebook Groups.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Flickr and Facebook Groups to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Flickr to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Flickr account, using Flickr credentials.
Connect Facebook Groups to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Facebook Groups account, using Facebook Groups credentials.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for Flickr
Choose the following trigger: Watch photos (Triggers when a new photo is added to an account being watched.).
Then set up an Action for Facebook Groups
Choose this action: Upload a Photo (Uploads a photo.).
