This automation scenario allows you to connect Flickr and Twitter
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated scripts using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Flickr and Twitter to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Flickr to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Flickr account, using Flickr credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Flickr
Choose the following trigger: Any new public photo (This Trigger fires every time you upload a new public photo to your Flickr photostream.).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet with image (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account with a linked pic.twitter.com image. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Flickr and Twitter.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Tweet your latest Flickr uploads!!
