This automation scenario allows you to connect Facebook and Flickr

Part I
First, we need to connect Facebook and Flickr to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Facebook to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook account, using Facebook credentials.
Connect Flickr to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Flickr account, using Flickr credentials.

Then set up an Action for Flickr
Choose this action: Upload public photo from URL (This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.).
