Send SMS on new IFTTT Email

First, we need to connect Email and ClickSend SMS to IFTTT.

• 

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Email to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

• 

  Connect ClickSend SMS to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your ClickSend SMS account, using ClickSend SMS credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Email

  Choose the following trigger: Send IFTTT any email (Send IFTTT any email at [email protected] and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient. This trigger will reject emails with attachments over 30MB.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for ClickSend SMS

  Choose this action: Send SMS (This action will send an SMS message).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Email and ClickSend SMS.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send SMS on new IFTTT Email!
