This automation scenario allows you to connect Email and TRIGGERcmd
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated scripts using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

When this trigger fires in Email
Send IFTTT an email at [email protected] with a hashtag in the subject (e.g. #IFTTT) and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment (up to 30MB) and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient.
Then this action happens in TRIGGERcmd
This action will run a command on your computer.

Part I
First, we need to connect Email and TRIGGERcmd to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Email to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Email account, using Email credentials.
Connect TRIGGERcmd to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your TRIGGERcmd account, using TRIGGERcmd credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Email
Choose the following trigger: Send IFTTT an email tagged (Send IFTTT an email at [email protected] with a hashtag in the subject (e.g. #IFTTT) and this Trigger fires. You can optionally add a single file attachment (up to 30MB) and IFTTT will create a public URL to the file as an Ingredient.).
Then set up an Action for TRIGGERcmd
Choose this action: Trigger Command (This action will run a command on your computer.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Email and TRIGGERcmd.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Lock your computer screen by email!
