Send UUID data for new leads in Confection to Google Sheets rows

First, we need to connect Confection and Google Sheets to Zapier.

• 

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Confection to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Confection account, using Confection credentials.

• 

  Connect Google Sheets to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Confection

  Choose the following trigger: New Lead (Triggers when a UUID is significant enough to be classified as a lead. You define the field of significance and if a UUID gets a value for this field, the zap will trigger.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Confection

  Choose this action: Get All Related UUIDs (This action will retreive all UUIDs that have a likeness score of at least 50 (default) with the provided UUID. The likeness score can be customized in configuration.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Google Sheets

  Choose this action: Create Spreadsheet Row (Create a new row in a specific spreadsheet.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Confection and Google Sheets.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
