Save Buffer Images to Dropbox

First, we need to connect Buffer and Dropbox to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Buffer to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Buffer account, using Buffer credentials.

• 

  Connect Dropbox to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Dropbox account, using Dropbox credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Buffer

  Choose the following trigger: New photo in Buffer (This Trigger fires every time you add a new photo to Buffer or post now via Buffer.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Dropbox

  Choose this action: Add file from URL (This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Dropbox at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Buffer and Dropbox.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
