It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Blogger, Facebook Pages, Twitter, GitHub, LinkedIn and Reddit to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Blogger to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Blogger account, using Blogger credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook Pages account, using Facebook Pages credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect GitHub to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your GitHub account, using GitHub credentials.
Connect LinkedIn to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your LinkedIn account, using LinkedIn credentials.
Connect Reddit to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Reddit account, using Reddit credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Blogger
Choose the following trigger: Any new post (This Trigger fires every time you publish a new post on your Blogger blog.).
Then set up an Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Create a link post (This Action will create a new link post on your Facebook Page wall.).
Then set up another Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Then set up another Action for GitHub
Choose this action: Create new Gist (This Action will create a Gist for you.).
Then set up another Action for LinkedIn
Choose this action: Share a link (This action will share a link on your LinkedIn profile.).
Then set up another Action for Reddit
Choose this action: Submit a new link (This Action will submit a new link on reddit. NOTE: reddit karma is required.).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
