Add new Highrise CRM contacts as SurveyMethods contacts

First, we need to connect Highrise and SurveyMethods to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Highrise to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Highrise account, using Highrise credentials.

  Connect SurveyMethods to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your SurveyMethods account, using SurveyMethods credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Highrise

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact (Triggers when a new contact is added to Highrise.).

  Then set up an Action for SurveyMethods

  Choose this action: Add Contact to Email List (Add a contact to an existing email list in SurveyMethods.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
